Zach is the President and Founder of Galleon Commercial. He is a strong competitor who grew up in the manufacturing industry. He spearheaded his real estate brokerage career in 2012 as a gifted negotiator who consistently delivers the very best results for his clients. Skilled at real estate analysis, contracts, negotiation, cost segregation, business evaluations, and pricing strategies, he has executed countless investment sales, leases, sale/leasebacks, and subleases of commercial real estate in the Charlotte market and greater Lake Norman region.
